2. Billing Method & Price Setting
  • Billing Mode: Supports duration-based billing or package billing (configurable flexibly via the backend management system).
  • Pricing Strategy: Billing standards can be dynamically adjusted according to local consumption levels. It is recommended to refer to the average price of similar entertainment equipment in the same city.
3. Equipment Rental Process
  1. The user scans the QR code on the sharing locker to initiate the rental.
  2. The locker door unlocks automatically, and the user takes out the robot dog.
  3. Upon return, the equipment automatically detects the usage duration and completes the payment deduction.
4. Power Supply & Endurance
  • Power Requirement: Needs to be connected to a 220V household power outlet (the locker has a built-in smart charging system).
  • Battery Life: Can operate continuously for 4 hours on a full charge (there may be a variation of ±15% for different models; refer to the actual performance of the equipment).
5. Content Update Mechanism
  • Initial Content: Dozens of standardized action programs are pre-installed.
  • Update Method: Supports OTA (Over-The-Air) remote upgrades.
  • Update Policy: Feature updates are free.
6. Subsequent Costs
  • Platform Service Fee: 1% of the transaction amount (covers payment channel and system maintenance costs).
  • Other Costs: No data traffic fees, no mandatory upgrade fees.
  • Profit Distribution: 100% of the revenue (after deducting the service fee) belongs to the merchant.
7. After-Sales Service Policy
  • Warranty Period: 2 years (calculated from the date of device activation).
  • Maintenance Policy: Lifetime technical support (outside the warranty period, only the cost of parts is charged).
  • Quality Assurance: Official warranty card and third-party inspection reports are provided.
  • Return/Replacement Policy: For quality issues, we cover the round-trip shipping costs (requires providing video evidence of the malfunction).

4. Equipment Power Supply & Endurance
  • Power Requirement: No external power source needed.
  • Battery Life: The equipment can be used continuously for about 4 hours after being fully charged (may vary for different devices, subject to actual use).
  • Charging Function: The device's built-in battery can be used to charge the host.
5. Content Update Mechanism
  • Initial Content: Each device comes pre-installed with dozens of selected content pieces.
  • Update Method: Supports online updates via internet connection.
  • Update Fees: All updates are permanently free.
6. Payment Solutions for Children
If children do not have mobile payment capability, the following methods are available:
  • Cash Payment: Parents or staff can pay on behalf of the child and start the device.
7. Continuing the Experience
After the time ends, if the child wishes to continue, they can do so by:
  • Remote Control Renewal: Press the button on the remote control to continue the experience.
  • Scan QR Code Renewal: Scan the QR code again to start a new session.
8. Costs After Purchase
  • Cost Structure: One-time investment to purchase the equipment, with no subsequent additional fees.

9. After-Sales Policy
  • Warranty Service: Provides a two-year warranty and lifetime maintenance.
  • Content License: Lifetime game content authorization with free updates.
